What You Do

Maintain proper water level.

Keep the pool equipment active and operating approving repairs when necessary.

Report any sightings of swimming pool issues.

Notes

There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

Monthly price is based on a four week billing cycle.

Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are required for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to boost the stabilizer, perform a filter cleaning with acid and remove phosphates. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for those on a weekly plan.
